BreathAwake is the practice of conscious breathing, using the breath with awareness to influence body, mind, and energy. How we breathe directly shapes how we live: shallow, stressed breathing keeps us in survival mode, while deep, conscious breath restores balance, clarity, and vitality.
Intentional breathing improves oxygen and carbon dioxide balance, regulates the nervous system, and strengthens resilience. Practices involving intermittent hypoxia, periods of lower oxygen through breath retention, boost circulation, stimulate stem cell growth, improve endurance, and awaken deeper states of awareness.
